岗位概要: Key Performance Area
· Support project manager implement company’s investment projects or process improvement projects for Greater Supply Chain
· Support designing and building new plants or improving existing plants/equipments/operation lines by proper schedule and budget from engineering view.
· Coordinate the whole engineering team consisting of both internal and external resources
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
· Provide engineering support for projects in China.
· Responsible for collect, log and handover Project documents to consumer and archive in properly.
· Follow up agreement to conduct payment issue to relevant contractor/supplier.
· Assistant to regional and/or USA engineer/team who working in China.
· Coordinate with relevant project leader conduct China Engineering Project.
· Follow up contract negotiation with vendor and conduction in further job.
· Raise monthly engineering report for relevant responsible project.
· Support Undertake Government and Bureau’s liaison, including permit applications and documentation, follow up approval processes, admin support, project contact with government, etc.
· Liaise with legal department and project team.
· Other job assigned by line manager.
教育程度/工作经历/能力: Education /Experience/Capability Request
· University degree in Process /electrical/ Mechanical / Engineering.
· Work experience on associated field is preferred.
· Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English. Fluent in English speaking is preferred.
· Strong project planning and time management skills
· Willing to travel on site depends on project needs
· Work under pressure in challenge environment.
· Easy to get on with, pleasant personality
· Confident enough to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization, local and overseas.
