岗位概要  Key Performance Area
 
·            Provide process solutions according to business plan and innovation strategy.
·            Product/processing specs and technical documents.
·            Ongoing product design performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
·            Technical support to operations
 
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
 
·            Lead and execute most of dough products’ process development projects in the area of innovation, quality improvements and quality consistency.
·            Build strong relationship with suppliers and other institutions to leverage their technology and capability in relevant flour and its products’ inspection and process development and improvement.
·            Works closely with internal technical team and co-packers to define manufacturing procedures and technology for production of consistent quality products driven by scale-up.
·            In charge of process knowledge and good practice transfer.
 
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力:  Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
 
·            At a minimum a MS. on Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering or related subjects
·            At least has 6 to 8-year wheat flour research and inspection working experience. Especially, s/he is proficient at dough products’ process development.
·            Relevant food industry (biscuit, bread, and cake) R&D process development and optimization experience needed for not less than 4 years.
·            Oversea grain institution or dough relevant food company’s working experience is preferred.
·            Command flour theology’s inspection and traditional processed dough products.
·            Have the ability to assess complex technical issues of filled dough, which uses quantified measures and statistics theory (e.g., minitab).
·            Ability and willingness to critically question current practices, spot opportunities and take initiative.
·            Strong in communication skill in verbal and written English.
·            Strong leadership skill

Normal working condition. Do not have to work on shift-roster.
