岗位概要: Key Performance Area
Coordinate and execute all marketing plans related with Bugles brand
基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
1. Translate annual business plan into feasible and integrated marketing plan in a quarter and month base compliant with company strategies;
2. Initiate and execute brand quarterly promotion campaign in terms of contract proposal, communication creative and media plan.
3. Cooperate with consumer research team to regularly track consumer insights and market situation to issue short term and long term brand development.
4. Support all related new product innovation projects with cross function to ensure new product on time launch.
5. Plan & Execute marketing programs to drive product penetration on new sales channels such as e-commerce and cinema.
6. Coordinate with TMKT team and sales team to support field execution, as well as to plan 24 months sales demand.
7. Manage brand budget (A&P), monitor and analyze the budget monthly to ensure cost effectiveness & efficiency throughout the year.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
Education: Bachelor or above, marketing related preferred
Experience: 2 years or above marketing experience, FMCG preferred
Skill: Fluent in oral and written English
Good communication skill
Excellent at Microsoft office
Capability request: Creative thinking
Strong ownership and passion
Logic/Data oriented
Good time management
Detail and result driven
