Microcontrollers Tactical Marketer

Responsibilities:
- First line contact for Sales to address/resolve customer requests for information and issues (excluding order management)
- Drive statistical pricing process and tools for tactical marketing and Sales
- Respond to Request for Quote (RFQ) and Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) requirements
- Drive and coordinate change management programs at customers
- Provide marketing input for products and price competitiveness- Drive VPA process and negotiations; perform customer and volume compliance analysis
- Approve contract pricing and quotes within SOX compliant guidelines
- Manage pricing data in systems such as Blue Chip Distribution Design Incentive Program, Ship & Credit Distribution quote process, and CSS/OP Pricing System quotes
- Drive and support the business expansion in key and leading customers.
- Drive the price tactics to develop target market segment, coordinate with NPI and BD team.
Requirements:
- Technical degree is required (EE, computer sciences, microelectronics, communication, automation, etc.).
- This role requires strong communication skills, verbal and written. Effective delivery of presentations and general marketing messages plus the ability to lead problem solving activities is key.
- The ideal candidate is customer service oriented and highly motivated with a positive outlook.
- Detail oriented and good integrity.
