Job Title: Strategic Planning manager, CEO office
Department: CEO office
Reports To: CEO, North Asia
Location: Shanghai
Role Purpose:
Overall business planning; strategic planning; business development; business cases; competitive analysis; market trends/issues/data and research analysis on property industry in North Asia
Responsibilities:
Business Planning / Strategic Planning / Business Development
l Providing the development of business plans, market sizing, market share analysis growth plan and other related business planning activities to CEO, North Asia
l Performing market study and analysis, and deriving recommendations for strategic and tactical implementation
l Developing presentations, formulating and marking strategic recommendations to CEO; Provide high level support in production of presentations, report, proposals
l Acquiring and maintaining data on market, industry, economic and competitive conditions and trends pertaining to related businesses.
l Driving and /or participating in special projects, particularly cross-functional projects
l Participating in meetings and assuming responsibility for the minutes and communicating with the executive management team
l Handle all business correspondence for the CEO and other members of executive management as needed
l Prepare monthly /quarterly operational or finance report analysis to CEO
l Provide suggestions to improve and streamline team processes and procedures
l Undertake voluntary or nominated duties in order to ensure the smooth flow of work through the team or business units
Qualifications:
l Master degree / MBA is required
Skills & Personal Qualities:
l Must be 5 years or above experience in real estate or related industry
l Must be fully understand the market, be able to provide strategic plans, develop proposals and solutions
l Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization
l Demonstrate logical thinking
l Internal client relationship management skills
l Ability to multi-task and prioritize
l Fluent in both written and spoken English are essential
l High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
l Very organized, detail oriented and careful individual
l Flexible attitude and outgoing personality
l Flexibility to travel may also be required
