- Provide HR operation & project support services to China HR VP
- Assist VP in driving HR initiatives through effective communication and collaboration within HR and across functions
- Support VP to bring HR work quality to a higherlevel
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. HR Operation Support
- Support VP to prepare all business reports,including monthly report to business, presentations for both internal & external meetings, etc.
- Organizethe annual HR kick-off meeting, people committeemeetings, and prepare HR topics in the monthly management meetings
2. HR Work Quality
- Partner with VP’s direct reportsand provide constructive feedback to validate the rationales and logic of their work as well as project plans
3. Analytics and Business intelligence
- Support VP on HR’s data analysis and HR metrics reporting
- Collect data internally and externally, provide market intelligence and conduct analysis
4. Project Management
- Lead task force on company internal projects initiatedby VP
- Track project progress led by CoE/PMO/HRBP and ensure high quality and on-time delivery
5. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by VP

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Master in HR,Finance or management related
- MBA is strongly preferred
Experience & knowledge:
- Minimum 5years workingexperience, preferablyin HR, Marketing, Finance or Project Management
- Consulting background is strongly desired
- Multinational corporate experience is a must, in any industry
Language skill:
- Chinese: native speaker of Chinese
- English: fluency at or close to the level of native speakers, both verbally and in writing
PowerPoint skill:
- PPT skill at the expert level, both technically and logically
- Can use PPT to tell a story, can challenge other people’s PPT logic and re-shape it
Project Management skill:
- Hands-on experience as a Project Manager to design, allocate resources and implement projects
- Proven ability to set up project milestones, track progress and ensure on-time delivery
