BOSCH JMP (Bosch China Trainee Program) is a talent-training programme newly launched by Bosch Group, mainly aiming at talents with a master degree or above, three years of working experience or so, and leadership potential.
After joining our JMP, you will be provided with an international career path and a fast career development. You will also benefit from challenging projects, high-standard working responsibilities, an international team network as well as systematic on board training which can help you begin your manager career in shorter time.
