Position No. 1:   FBB (Fixed Broadband) Business Consultant
Location: Shenzhen, China, global business traveling requested.
First-level department: Marketing & Solution Dept.
 
Job Description:
1.      Work independently manage small- or medium-sized project teams to deliver business consulting services in a certain field. Objectively align Huawei’s business centric approach to enhance customers’ portfolio management.
2.      Understand customers' requirements, guide team members to plan the solutions and establish delivery strategies, estimate project costs, and manage quality and control risks for projects.
3.      Communicate with customers' chief project directors, project managers, or departmental managers to explore customer requirements.
4.      Perform quantitative analysis in the respective markets and regions to realize practical approach for a business success
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
1.    Majorin Telecommunications or Marketing, bachelor degree, master degree (MBA) is preferred.
2.    At least 5 years’ Experience in areas of marketing strategy, business development, business modeling, and trend evaluation.

Job Description:
1.    Act as the owner in the fulfillment of designated key tasks in business consulting activities in a certain domain/at the single business level, in major consulting modules, or in supporting single business marketing.
2.    Understand customers' requirements, carry out to plan the solutions and establish delivery strategies, support project manager to estimate a part of project costs, and manage quality and control risks for the responsible modules.
3.    Be able to communicate with customers' project managers or directors of business departments.

2.      Lead a small team to conduct industry research on special topics in mobile broadband business.
3.      Model operator investments in terms of Capex, Opex, Cost of Sales, revenue streams, etc to yield NPV, IRR, and ROI conclusions.
4.      Assist Operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on Huawei’s technology suite.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
1.      Solutions business model design to global telecommunication operators with the objective of helping Customers to meet their business challenges by understanding their business requirements, and recommending/delivering end-to-end solutions that aligns with the Company’s direction.
2.      Keep in line with the telecom trend, and conduct necessary data research & analysis
3.      Provide customer presentations, solution proposals, and business case/ financial analysis.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Job Responsibilities:
1.    Based on the Carrier Network Business Group's annual marketing strategy, develop the brand planning and communication plan for corporate-level solutions, and ensure its effective implementation of Business Unit & Regions.
2.    Organize and plan the key corporate-level carrier-centric solution marketing activities, i.e. exhibitions, media activities, forums, demo truck road -shows, and ensure the good understanding and implementation cross the business units and regions.
3.    Explore innovative branding marketing methodology.
4.    Manage the positioning, naming and launch of product portfolios and solutions.
 
Desired Skills and Experience:
1.     MBA or Higher Degree, majoring in telecom, computer science, marketing or equivalent.
2.    At least 10 years of branding experience in multinational telecom/IT corporation.
3.    Good understanding of telecom solutions (Mobile Broadband, Fixed Broadband, Telco Software & Core Network), or at least good command of one of the solutions.
