Title:  Key Account Manager

Company Scenario
Our client is one of the leading company in the chemical industry.
 
Top Responsibility
1. Responsible to work with sales team to maintain and development business with target automotive manufactures and lead the project team.
2. Develop the key account strategy and get timely feedback on industry change as well as competitive movements to update project plan.
3. Full responsible for the key Account Sales result. Flow down project plan to each the account and execute the project plan with the sales and supporting team.
4. Lead the business growth on share and profit, Achieve Key Account customer satisfaction target.
5. Lead the project team to manage key accounts and 4S shops' activities and ensure high quality automotive OEM interaction. Develop strong Automotive OEM relationship.
6. Lead the jobber service team and get alignment with functional team on key account plan to implement high quality customer service.
7. Work closely with OEM central billing team, regional sales team, tracking the planned activities and ensure implementation with key account strategy.
8. Work closely with Training Team to define new training development needs.
9. Manage monthly Business forecast, planning and account receivable collection to achieve target goal.
10. Work out the commercial offer draft and get the management approval, lead the account business commercial negotiation.
 
Top Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 or above years working experience in OEM industry. The channel resources are preferred.
2. Strong sales competency and passion
3. Demonstrated business management /new business development skills and abilities.
 
Special Requirements
1. Good self-management and communication skill with the customers
2. Demonstrated negotiation skills and abilities.
3. English oral and written communication skills.
