Title: Treasury Manager

Top Responsibility
In essence, the main orientation of this Treasury Manager role is to lead treasury team for developing operations and processes related to the treasury function, including but not limited in cash pool management, cash forecast and investment bank relationship management, provide advice on guidelines and regulatory environment and execute other projects upon demand (bank guarantee, etc). In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1. Manage and check cash pool status, daily cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity for legal entities to make payment and settle Inter-company lending. Forecast cash flow positions, work with other functions to make monthly cash flow report, and analyze difference between forecast and actual. Support cash investment decision based on return on investment.
2. Responsible for treasury project, including negotiating with banks of installment payment and with third payment providers of online payment, applying for bank guarantee as required. Lead treasury team for bank accounts maintenance, bank accounts annual checking, loan cards annual checking and annual internal/statutory audit with respect to treasury.
3. Manage relationships with banking and SAFE, to keep up to date with financial developments and changes in SAFE regulations.
4. Implement new bank products and services to improve staff financial service, simplify FCY operations. Provide central treasury support and guidance to regional finance managers. Implement treasury best practice to support business expansion in China while align with global policy and strategy. Coordination with Headquarter in Europe.
Top 3 Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
1. Bachelor degree and majored in Accounting or Economics. 8+ years of progressively responsible treasury experience for a major company; with a minimum of 4 years in a corporate treasury; strong treasury background and strong local bank relationships. Good understanding of finance/accounting discipline, treasury operations / products. Finance shared service experience desired.
2. Strategic mind to business, good internal control mind and risk protection mind. Must be willing to be actively engaged at all levels of the function with a "hands on" approach.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.
