Program Finance Manager, Asia Pacific 
  
Company: A US leading automotive component company 
Location:  Kunshan (for first year), and then company will relocate to Hongqiao area (Shanghai) 
Reporting to: Asia Pacific Finance Director 
 
Responsibilities:  
•  Assist and support Global/local Program Managers. 
•  Coordinate and manage the financial data for all regions to insure consistent data that can be supported to the customer. 
•  Insure accurate and timely financial data is available to support customer requests and decision making. 
•  Completes or facilitates cost estimating on customer and the Company’s engineering changes to allow rapid response to the customer. 
•  Works collaboratively with the Global Program Manager and Account Manager to maximize profit and cash flow; and minimize tool cost, capital investment and product cost. 
•  Summarize current and future program financial data to present entire program perspective.  This includes obtaining current model data from controllers and incorporating with future launch projections to provide a multiple year financial outlook. 
•  Lead the analysis of financial data, driving actions that positively influence key financial measures. 
•  Interface with customers on financial issues driving resolution and improved financial performance, as requested by the Account Manager and Program Manager. 
•  Provide consistent application of best practices relative to financial reporting. 
•  Ensures appropriate review and approval of customer quotes prior to customer submission by the Business Unit leaders. 
•  Perform other duties as directed by management. 
 
Requirements: 
•  Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Accounting (Industrial Engineering is preferred). 
•  At least five years experience in the automotive industry. 
•  Experienced in finance and plant program costing. 
•  Strong communication skills and problem solving. 
•  Good English both in oral and writing.
