Our client is a leading international education company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
In essence, Center Operations Director is responsible for center operations performance and team management, recruiting and team management, training of team members and cooperation with the Center Sales Director and center sales team.  In particular, this role needs to: 
1. Create high level of service and excellent student experience: help students achieve long and short term study goals, ensure a strong student and staff interaction both formally and informally, ensure exceptional student satisfaction to drive a strong brand image, conduct all operations training and ensure the implementation (managing change) of national standards within center, take active role in formation of operations standard policies and procedures, including finding and communicating best practices;
2.  Act as key staff role model, leader, manager and career developer: motivate and recognize center staff to increase staff satisfaction and sense of belonging, mentor and coach staff with their career progression, project hiring needs based on growth and staff turnover and work with the recruiting department to ensure supply of candidates, interview and recruit candidates, and supervise all on-boarding, on-going and exit process;
3. Lead the management team in the center: includes Director of Studies, Student Service Supervisor, Progress Managers and others to create a highly motivated service organization.  Fully considers the outcome of plans prior to implementation from several points of view, promote center cost consciousness.
 
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
1. 10+ years operations experiences from MNC companies, retail/service industry is preferred, bachelor degree and fluent English is a MUST;
2.  Proven managing performance, customer orientation, results orientation;
3.  Excellent persuasive communication, skillful in building proactive relations, entrepreneurial orientation, motivational support, Problem solving and judgment.
