Company Scenario
Our client is a world leading travel site company.
 
Key responsibilities
In essence, the main orientation of this Sales Manager role is using your proven sales, relationship building, analytical and presentation skills to attract new client; develop and retain relationship and business with existing accounts to achieve said revenue target. In particular, the main responsibilities of this position are to:
1.  Market developing and selling company's both domestic and international online advertising products, particularly CPM sector.
2.  Create and grow a long term relationship with client companiesand guide them through company's online advertising products worldwide. In the same time, grow and retain business from existing accounts. Grow and build upon key agency partnerships that will aid in securing customers.
3.  Be responsible of meeting the said revenue and growth targets, and leverage all possible resources inside the company to meet client’s requirements and deliver client satisfaction.
 
Top 3 requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
1.  At least 2 years’ experience in online advertising selling and important relationship in China media market.  Successful track record of online advertising sales on travel industry is  preferred.
2.  Abundant knowledge of advertising products, especially in CPM, and experience in bundling different types of advertising products.
3.  Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command in written and oral English. Successful track record in building long term relationship with clients and agencies.

1.  Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor required; overdeveloped sales egos must be checked at the door.
2.  Self-motivated, solution oriented, aggressive and positive working attitude with great business sense and judgment.
3.  Flexible to the change and new information, and be able to sense and recognize the strength and weakness from the change, further pursue self-develpment to optimize company interests.
